HUNTERDON DIVERSITY COUNCIL
The Community
Diversity Council of Hunterdon County, Inc. is a not-for-profit, volunteer
organization made up of area residents who share a goal of promoting respectful
human relations in Hunterdon County. The Council has sponsored a number of
events and ongoing projects to meet this goal. Its recent decision to produce
The Laramie Project marks its first venture into using theatre as a means of
reaching people’s hearts and minds and inspiring discussion about the
various ways we think about matters of prejudice and inclusion. The project
will be funded by the Council, donations from groups and individuals, and
